That's exactly why Valuations ACT employs only Certified Practising Valuers (CPVs) who are registered with the Australian Property Institute (API). Many of our experts also hold AVI and RICS qualifications, and they possess the relevant tertiary qualifications along with over 20 years of real-world experience. This ensures that every valuation is comprehensive, reliable, and accurate—giving you the confidence that your property is assessed by true industry experts.
All of Valuations ACT staff are involved in the valuation process which ensures excellent quality control. Our quality control procedures mean that we satisfy the contract requirements of major financial institutions; many of whom we have an amicable relationship with. We are also the preferred valuation company for a number our clients. Our valuation staff are also trained in operational procedures and have the qualifications and local experience to accurately interpret market data and provide a reliable valuation.
Our staff comply with the state’s legislation and the API’s continuing professional development program (CPD) requirements. They’ve all undergone the necessary valuation training and have access to current property market data. Given they have access to training and information they quickly develop experience which allows them to advance their skills.
In turn, that gives clients confidence that they can rely on our analysis. It isn’t just clients who trust our valuations and advice. All of our valuations are sworn legal documents, which means that they can be presented to government bodies, state and commonwealth courts; and banks/other lenders.
